A 2-hour fee ($400) will be collected upon booking a mediation. The fee will be returned if the mediation is canceled 48 hours before the scheduled mediation.
Court-appointed mediation will follow fee guidelines set by the court.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be made as soon as possible. Please contact all parties regarding the cancellation.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the mediation are subject to a 2-hour ($400) fee paid by the canceling party.
